It needs a little TLC but the fairings and paint are in good condition. Here is a list of possible things to do.
1. New rear tire (ordered should get it tomorrow)
2. remove passenger foot pegs, knock off the rust
3. remove muffler and install new clamp, old one rusted.
4. remove rust from muffler, paint over if needed.
5. remove rust from bolt on swing-arm
6. Needs a good wash and degreasing.
